1. Service Description

RPXL provides digital software products, including a Discord bot with premium subscription features and pre-built website templates. Our Discord bot helps server owners with automation, moderation, and utility tools. Our website templates are ready-made digital files customers can use for their own projects.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are sold.

2. Premium Services & Billing

Premium Discord bot subscriptions renew monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected on our pricing page. Customers may cancel future billing at any time. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may appear on receipts, invoices, or payment statements as the payment processor.

Customers are responsible for providing correct information needed to activate products, such as Discord server or account details. Access may be delayed if incorrect information is provided.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products for spam, harassment, illegal activity, scraping, malware, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates Discord's rules, platform rules, or applicable laws.

We may suspend or remove access if a product is used in a harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized way.

4. Intellectual Property

RPXL owns the bot, code, designs, website templates, branding, and related materials unless stated otherwise. Customers receive a limited license to use the purchased product for their own Discord server or project.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, copy, or claim our products as their own unless written permission is given.

5. Service Availability

We try to keep our products available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The bot may experience downtime, updates, maintenance, or issues related to Discord's platform or API.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our products if a customer abuses the service, violates these Terms, violates Discord's rules, or engages in fraud or misuse.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund window for eligible digital product purchases. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
